Default headliner????

hey guys so i want to get roof lights on my 2000 cause who wouldnt??? Anyways to secure them and finish the wiring im going to need to pull the headliner. so who has done this before? its the foam kind as far as i can tell. if i pull it can i just foam adhesive it back up? how does it secure? let me know!

HAD -93' xlt supercab, 5-speed, 4wd, k&n filter,cb, fog lights
HAD-2000 Ranger Xlt 3.slow V6 4wd K&N, gibson exhaust, cb, hid's, fog lights, backup lights, interior blue lights, kenwood sub & amp, push bar, t-bar crank, frf stickers, cab lights.
NOW-00' xlt reguglar cab, 5-speed, 2wd, coil springs, "rangeriee" as my girlfriend named it , red interior led lights, and much more planned for the future!

it's not glued to the roof. the foam is glued to cardboard and wedged up there. Take off your visors and clips that hold them, dome light, grab handles and any other things bolted to the roof. Then start removing the trim that boarders it, and remove the headliner.

Yup. You dont need glue unless you recover the headliner.
