Default oil in water

Have a look at the radiator cap .If it has a tar or solid oil deposit under it is most likely failure of EG Cooler. Engine would have overheated by this stage . The EG cooler fails and the hot exhaust gases pressurise the cooling system. It is totally due to bad engine design and a $30 blanking kit will stop this happening to the $7000 used motor that you have had to replace.
