Not so far but I haven't really had it flexed out to the max.

Nah. No lift. It's new and I don't wanna loose my warranty. With a body lift I could fit a max tire of 33", right? That equals 1" of extra ground clearance over my 31's. Is that really gonna make a difference on where I can go with my truck already? Plus wear and tear on ball joints, etc., worse gas mileage, cost of regearing because mine has 3.73's, on and on. Just not worth it to me.

You wouldn't necessarily have to re-gear. I have 33s 4in suspension lift on 33x12.50s I can spin them no problem.

Yeah, you have a manual too. If I had a manual tranny, life would probably be grand. As it is, it's started downshifting on steep hills on the highway. It never fought the hills while on it's stock 29" tires. I think 4.10's would fix the problem, but it's not too bad to live with now.
