Get what YOU like.
Most guys here aren't fans of chrome. It is so time consuming to care for. You have to wash and wax it a minimum of every other week. Otherwise they will rust heavily. After that is the peeling.
I'm not a fan either. Give me some polished aluminum and I'm good to go. You wouldn't want the people here to pick out your girlfriend or wife, would you?
Get what you can put up with.

Depends on what styles you like and what your truck is. For example, is your truck 4wd or 2wd, do you like 5 spoke, multi-spoke, or 4wd drive styled wheels, etc.? The list goes on.

Way back when, I bought some Keystone Klassics for my car. Prettiest wheels I had ever seen. Holy Moley, they took up a lot of time!
Wax would get on the flat black crinkle part and was hard to get off. I spent hundreds of hours on those wheels.
No more black and chrome for me. Hurricane Frederick in 1979 dropped a tree on that car and totaled it. Never again for me.

To the op, just be sure you don't buy wheels off craigslist that aren't local. Especially if they're 1000 bucks and have to be shipped.

Look for wheels with 5x4.5 bolt pattern.
