So this is my truck wheels and tires

Would those lug nuts look nice I dont like center peace of the ford on there

I'd pick blue...beware cheap sets, the finish will start to wear immediately

Painted or anodized lug nuts will both wear, paint more quickly but they will both wear. I would get chrome, they will hold up far better.

They make vinyl coated sockets for that

I dont like chrome that much im going to blast them and parck them n paint them red.

Chrome aftermarket lugs will eventually start to rust.

Stainless steel lugs are the best way to go for longevity.

You will need new center caps if you change lug nuts.
