well if you put body spacers and bed defracters with quarter inch chassis expander then i dont see why its not possible

Don't forget you need bump stop enhancers for all 4 corners.

Just having a lil fun but a more specific question and a lil info would be nice. You know like what size tire, if your ranger has a drop ect.
