Default front passenger disc brake

My little 96 Ranger, 2wd was making a horrible noise from the front. I took jacked it and started turning the tires. The front passenger side sounded horrible. Grinding sound. I took off the wheel and the disc was pretty much gone. I took it off and it was only on the outside of the disc. The inside was fine. Driver's side is fine, looks new. Check out the pics. What on earth happened? I think a stuck caliper. It is horrible that I let it get that far. I don't go anywhere, just around town. I had to order a disc, but was able to get the caliper, pads, bearings, etc. I have to wait until morning to get the disc. I have never seen anything like this. What the hay?

Default Re: front passenger disc brake
