Default lifted ranger , want to know a good time to stop

hey everyone , so i bought a pro comp 6'' suspension lift for my 1990 ford ranger and i already installed a 3'' body lift , im going to put 35s on it and i want to know if this is a good stopping point or should i squeeze 37s on her .

i think ill put a 302 in her when i get it lifted so it still has alot of power
what do you all think , thanks

I don't think you will be able to clear 35s with that lift set-up... my ex has a square body and 10 or more inches of lift and he can't clear 35s... he's been running 33s...

i would think that you would be able to run 35s...

personally i would stop at 35s because after that it really wouldnt be driveable on the street

^^Agreed. I'm pretty sure you can stuff some 35's under it, but like he said, I definitely wouldn't drive it on the streets after that.

One of my buddies is running 40's on his 12inch lifted 99 tahoe. He can still drive just fine on the streets.

And you'd be buyin new tires every few months. I don't know many people who can afford to buy 40's every few months.

Besides a 40 of budweiser.....

i got 38.5" TSL Boggers on my dodge i never drive it unless i am wheeling. I think a 302, 37's and stock ranger driveline is bound to tear stuff up, but that is just me.
