Default 35x12.5016 vs 35x14.50x16

ive read that with the 3in BL and with the 4in suspention lift the biggest tire u can go is a 35. but how wide can u go with out rubbing? ive read that a 35x12.50 is the perfect tire size with the lift. iv heard u can get wheel spacers that r suppose to push the wheel out from the truck so u can run a wider tire. dose any one have a pic of a 12in wide tire compared to a 14in wide tire mounted on there truck. a 14in wide tire wouldnt be better offroad compared to a 14in wide tire road would it?

i doubt you can run a 14 wide without atleast trimming some stuff and i doubt it would look very good. a 35x12.5 tire is straight up huge... a nitto mud grappler 35x12.5 is actually a 35.5x14 or some crazyness like that. There huge... Theres no need for a 14 wide because it'll probably look goofy and i guess there might be a slight advantage in mud but for trail riding and other stuff the 12.5 would be better i think. honestly dude just go with the 12.5...

35x12.50 is sorta pushing the limits of the stock front components as it is. I'd hate to throw even more weight more outside the fender ontop of it. Eating wheel bearings, tie rod ends, balljoints.

If you run a 14" wide tire WITH wheel spacers and even on a 10" rim, good freakin' luck trying to turn, even if you are double lifted. You'll be pounding sheet metal at only a 1/2 turn of the wheel.....ON THE STREET.

Really....you're ultimate answer is wheel choice. Backspace/offset, width, tire width, etc. Hell I rub when i'm out wheeling and i'm double lifted on 35x12.50's. 35x12.50 aren't the max on a double lift because you certainly can fit bigger. But not very comfortably at all.
