Ok, here's the deal. I found his thread on rf where he wanted a local trade, I'm about as local as he could find. Problem is I just bought a 46" Sony Bravia and an Xbox this past weekend, talk about bad timing.
Got a commit from him to do the swap in the next few weeks, I'm stoked. Can't believe this deal came up so close to me in Alabama of all places. Thanks to all for the input, pics to come!

yeah you'll be fine with just a t-bar crank, i was just saying the chevy shackles would add a little more clearance in the rear, i only got 31s but i did a t-bar crank and chevy shackles and it rode pretty level, i was happy with it
