How are we supposed to know what your local shop charges to mount and balance? I mount my own and have a freind balance so I don't pay anything but I think the local shops here are between 13-25 a tire but where you live this may certainly not be the case. Call around and find out, I only run treadwright retreads so I have no Idea what the tire your looking at will cost you but seriously your going to need to do the foot work and call around to find the cheapest places, or use the magical powers of search.

Well I guess that would depend on where your looking to purchase them, online? instore? will sales tax be included? what about shipping? any warrenty added? No I have no idea, could make a rough guess based on info from the web but that's not really accurate now is it? If it were I guess you would have already done that. I haven't purchased tires the way most people do for over 6years so I really don't know what they run but google does have you tried that?

----------

Took all of 3mins to get five places priced out online, seems anywhere from 150-185 per tire not including shipping/tax/or warrenty. Just reminded me why I use retreads

Do your OWN research on tire rack, discount tire, ntb, or tires plus. You obviously have internet access and im guessing you have a phone. YOU already have the tools needed to get a quote on a tire and mounting/balancing. Take advantage of that!

Depends on your state and the shop you go to (taxes and what not). Try calling a few places or looking online and comparing prices. But if I had to guess I would say from $30 to $200. I just pulling that out of my... thin air.

You could try an online source like Tire rack, they will mount and balance and ship the tires to your door step, all you would have to do is install them.

http://www.tirerack.com/

or try this
