I have the same truck. Changing the front pads is a piece of cake. if you are changing the rotors also it is obviously more work but still pretty simple. if you dont know the history of the wheel bearings with 130k on it I would change the wheel bearings and seals also. You want to make sure you use a high temp grease.......
