Default OEM jeeps on a Ranger?

I've read a thread on RF, I think, that states OEM jeep rims will fit a Ranger? I'm running 245 75 16 FX4s now, I don't know the size of these yet but if they are 16s should they be a fit? What size tires should I be looking at if they are 15s to equal out to a 265 75 16?

Arrow Fyi:

Those are Jeep Gambler wheels, should be 15x8's, and they will not fit without havin the center hole bored out to clear your Ranger hub by a good machine shop.

I have Jeep Canyon 15x8's on my green 94 Ranger, and I had to have that done to them, as the center holes on factory Jeep aluminum wheels are shaped like a cone, large on the inside and small on the outside, hence the small center caps.

Didn't buy. There is an ad on CL listed under Alabama/Gadsden where a guy has 5 rims and 4 Maxxis Buckshots 31 10.50 15s and one with a GY all for $400. Great deal out there for someone. I didn't buy simply because after I did a cut and paste of the rims on to my truck I didn't really like the look.
