your opinion please
just bought my first and longtime wanted ranger a little under a month ago and finally able to give you a visual. do you think it has "spring sag"? the sticky guide says to consult before buying tires for my year. I would like to put some 31x10.5x15 's on without having to spend extra money on leveling springs or kits if I don't have to. I eventually plan to get the body lifted, but that won't probably be until the spring since we're just getting into the brutal cold around here and don't have the room in my one car garage that holds my other toy. I really need a set of tires and would like to a wheel/tire combo asap since they are an easy eye candy add on. previous owner has generic brand 205/70/15's on the front and 235/60/15's on the back that suck. this is my dd and I don't wheel. thanks for the help.
sorry for the camera phone pics...
just wanted to whore that one car garage occupant...

The truck looks pretty low to me. Tired springs maybe...

thanks, kind of figured it was sittin' kind of low in comparison to other rangers I've seen on the road. I found eibach leveling coil springs that will raise the front end about 1.5 inches over stock for about $50 which doesn't seem too bad. I'm thinking I might as well change the shocks while I'm at it.

I thought about the body lift just in case I decide to go bigger down the road and it's a not-to-expensive option. I think if done right, a bl looks great with a good wheel/tire combo.

Then I'd hate to see a body lift done wrong.

You know, those are Splash wheels on there, and the Splashes sat 1" lower from the factory, so you might not have that much sag. I would expect more front to rear rake with just spring sag, since the rear seldom sags as much as the front.

Hey dangeruss, where did you find those eibach leveling springs and will they match the rear wheel to fender gap? also will they be strong enough for the V8 in front?
