Which BFG mud tires did you have? There are a few different ones.

Thornbirds = LOL!!!
That's why everyone calls them "show tires" or "mall crawler tires".

well i've got Dean SXT m/t from les schwab on my truck, ain't got stuck yet... well once but thats cause i got into DEEP mud, and had to stop and try to back out rather than drive through it... would've ran water into my intake, thats why i had to stop.

other than the WOOPS moment, i have had no question about getting stuck in ANYTHING

well dont know about your neck of the woods, but look at some Maxxis tires. No snow & ice where Im at in Texas, but they work well off road and on rocks. And the best part they are almost a reasonable price!
