Default New Shoes

I bought some new tires a couple weeks ago from tire rack and picked them up from the warehouse the Wed. before Thanksgiving. Just installed them today at school and went for a drive in the snow storm we are having. These things are awesome in the snow. Didn't even have to think about putting the truck in 4x4 even when on that thin sheet of ice with a tiny amount of snow on top.

The tires are Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac. These are the only pics I have of them. I will try to get some with them on the truck.

Those are good looking tires. I don't think I've seen them on a Ranger yet.

They do great in the snow. I haven't even needed to think about putting it in 4x4 yet.

That was actually part of my plan over Christmas break. I have just taken off the front lower valance and fog lights that didn't work. But then on the way home from school, my motor blew up. I guess it finally said enough after burning a quart of oil a tank since I bought it. So now that is my project for the break.

There isn't really much here. Only about 4 inches. So much for a huge storm where we were supposed to get like 4-6 one night and then another 6-10 during the day.
