heck no they aint gonna fit stock. you can look at them next to your truck stock to tell that!

most people with 35s are double lifted meaning body lift AND suspension lift. You would tear your fenders to pieces assuming you even get them in there. EVEN with a t-bar crank, you are still not gonna fit them. 33s on a stock 4x4 ranger push that limit.

two, you have an 09, which means that your truck sits lower than pre-08 trucks because Ford put 1" lower block on them for gas savings.

look at the difference in your 09 and my 06 4x4 supercab:



Mine sits alot higher than your stock. then look at my wheel well with 32s and no tbar crank:



There is no way a 35 will fit without some sort of lift. you would need a 4" suspension lift at minimum IMO

Also, you need a wheel with some offset. Your stockers are 15x7s with virtually no offset. They stick too far in the wheel well. you need a wheel that is pushed out some to minimze rubbing. a 15x10 is going to be your best bet for 35s. If its price point, then just get some cheap black steelies. But you are talking HEAVY once you have those heavy tires on those heavy steel wheels
