Yes 12.50" tires will work on those wheels. There's a bit much backspacing though. Those wheels have as much backspacing as stock wheels which means you'll be rubbing on sway bar and possibly frame. Try to find those wheels with less backspacing. Like 4" or less.

ok so back spacing is from the back of the rim to the inner part where is seats i thougt it was the opposite so a 3 inch backspacing would look perty nice with 12.50

3" backspacing would be crazy. Look for like 3.75 or so.
