I'm not sure what they're rated for wear. I'll be running them about 60% on highway and 40% on bush roads. If they last 40,000 km , I'll be happy.

I could have gotten KM2's for $209.00 at Costco. Decided to go with a little more aggressive tread for the mud. $40.00 more per tire seemed to me to be worth it.

I have a 3" BL with 12.5's. The rubbed when I first got them but since then its ripped my mud flap off, not a big deal, and that was about it. Mabey since they are wearing they are not rubbing.

Re: Wrangler MT/R w/Kevlar
wide tires float on the snow here instead of digging into it and finding grip they slide around easy and well mud tires in snow are not exactly the best in the first place but its the only option i have

Re: Wrangler MT/R w/Kevlar
Mini product review:
Put 200 miles on the tires yesterday. 100 on pavement, 100 on gravel and trails.
The tires are relatively quiet on the pavement. Noisier than the stock tires, but no howling. They handle very well on dry pavement.
On gravel roads they weren't throwing rocks. The open tread design seems to work well. Very aggressive tread design means that driving at 55 mph on gravel, I can look in the mirrors and see the tracks that I was leaving. These tires really sling the shit! Literally................I was running down grazing-lease trails dodging cows and when I got home, the entire side of the truck was covered in cow-shit. Good traction, though.
After 200 miles, there is no evidence of any tread-chipping or wear.
Fuel economy after the run seems to show that my mileage got BETTER! Did 27 mpg on the run. Previous mileage was about 25.5 on the highway, 22 combined. Granted, 200 miles isn't much, but I'll be keeping ane eye on it.
