Default Long Lasting Mud Tires?

My 94 4.0 4x4 spends 50% of the time driven on road and 50% off road. It sees about 10-15k a year in miles since ive had it. its on 15" rims. Im looking to go to 33's , i can tuck the 33x12.50's stock ( just stole my buddies for a few days and lose a little turning radius but no rubbing while articulating) but i also have no valence, inner fenders, and a trimmed front bumper So, back on track, i dont care at all about tire noise, or handling characteristics, i just want a hard compound to withstand good miles and for them to DIG. all i ever see is pavement or mud, im in flatland so no hillclimbs or rocks. My thought is Ground Hawgs? I have 38 TSL's on my k5 blazer and it causes me physical pain after i drive on the pavement to look at my tire tread after the Blazer only comes out for mudbogs so i want my ranger to be my dd and playtoy, and since ive only been concerned with straight mud tires its killin my pockets so the rangers getting something aggressive and roadworthy. i like the BFG MT's but i feel they just arent aggressive enough?

Thought noone had any input on the subject for a little while there! how well do the toyos pull in the mud? i had stt's on my old chevy, but were the older tread pattern, those things digged! im thinkin bout the STT's but i dont know if they'd dig like the hawgs?

they both are very similar tread patters and dig pretty well even the ST's dig well

Firestone MTs have skyrocketed over the last year...they're more expensive than BFG KM2s OR STTs

Look for a harder compound. My km1's that i had for like a good year didnt wear much at all. My old style mtr's lasted.... Ok. My procomps now are wearing quite nicely. Figured after a few thousand id see some wear on my procomps.... But nope! Im quite impressed

got about 10K on the ST's and they look like new. rock rash on them though. they are the hardest compound i have seen in tires in quite a bit.

My Duratracs have about 25k on em now and there is wear, but still a lot of tread left. Great off road, and well behaved on road as well. And the tread pattern is sweet.
