Default Mastercraft Courser A/T 2 Vs. Firestone Destination A/T?

I was wondering if anyone knows if Mastercraft Courser A/T 2 Tire's are a good tire for Winter/Summer use? If so do they really last the 50,000 miles they are claimed to? And would anyone say the Mastercraft Courser A/T 2 are better tire's for traction in Ice/Snow than Firestone Destination A/T Tires?

Here is a link to the Master Craft Courser A/T 2 Tires I'm looking at getting: http://www.mastercrafttires.com/html...uv_courser_AT2

I can tell you I have the firestone destination AT's. Those things are great in the snow and ice and have excellent traction

I will second the destinations. I have them on my F150 and they are an awesome tire. Like clinton said they rock in the snow and rain and ride smooth and wear good.

Yeah they have outstanding traction man, they sling shit far. Compared to the silent armors I have on now, they are 10 times better than them. The tread is nice enough not to allow it to pack up, it kicks out well

Actually yes they do. Lol I dragged my 30 foot camper through a muddy corn feild for deer camp with my destinations last year. They worked well

Well you guys convinced me, I'm going with the Firestone Destination A/T's.

Also, how many miles did you guys put on the Firestone Destination A/T's before you had to change them?

I'm still on my first set but I've got around 15,000 on them and they still have the little nubbys on them. Lol. A coworker put 60,000 on his last set on his fullsize chebby

Would the Firestone Destination A/T's make my RWD Ranger get really good traction on ice, and in Slush/Snow?

They will help, they are a snow rated tire.

i run the mastercrafts on my 1st gen 4x4 and my dad runs them on his wrangler

very good tires....lots of traction in dirt, snow or sand

we had 20+ inches of snow this past winter and neither of us got stuck and i even helped pull a few people out.

the wrangler has had them on for almost 25k miles and there's still a lot of tread left

i've only put about 5k on mine and they still look new

they do have a slight whine while driving on pavement but i only notice when the windows are down....and i don't care anyways, its a 4x4, its supposed to make noise

I have a 2003 Ranger Edge, 2 wd. Would it be worth the money to put on the Firestone's or the Mastercrafts ? I would go with four as would want good traction on turning from the front. Thanks in advance
