Default BFG A/Ts or General Grabbers?

Trying to do my first project on my 03 Ranger Edge. Just added a 5.5in FABTECH suspension lift today. Looking, preferably to put it on 32in tires w/ 15in wheels. Wondering which route to go. Here are my dilemas:

1. The truck is black with red lettering so I want red rings around the wheels. Do you guys think I should go chrome w/ red like a pro comp? Or black with red?

2. I was thinking to get General Tire Grabber tires (with the red lettering) but I heard General is known for developing air bubbles. Should I just go with BFG A/Ts?

Thanks for the advice and support!

I havent heard about them doing that. Dont get me wrong, I've never owned a set, but JP magazine had an awsome review on them

I love my BFGs but have thought about giving the Grabber AT2s a swing. If you do get the BFGs, you wont be dissappointed

well the more they wear, the louder they get. They are nice when they are new. but past half tread, thats when they get louder. Im not talking about mud terrain loud, but louder than when they are new.

as for the wear, you will NOT find a better tire, especially for an aggressive A/T. most tires only last me a year, im working on almost two years on these, and i have at least 35-40% tread left. BFGs are known for how long they last. Just ask STL, he has done burnout after burnout and has had his BFGs a long time and they still have tread on them.

Also, BFGs have a 3-ply sidewall, whereas I believe that the Grabbers are 2-ply. I like the BFGs side tread a little better too. It just looks more aggressive to me (if you want the aggressive look). With that being said, it does feel like my tires need balancing again. the more they wear, the ride worsens, but I expect the same to be true for the grabbers as well or any aggressive A/T for that matter.

so IMO, get the BFGs if you can swing it, you wont be dissappointed. But remember, they are not a mud terrain, so dont get mad if you hit mud with with them and they cake up, any all terrain will do that. They have good road manners, great offroad manners and have gotten me through some shit (a ditch, 11" of snow, 2 ft of muddy and water, sugary sand, etc...)

this was just taken last week and you can see i still have lots of tread

why, then you have to buy new tires again. just get the ones you want and then transfer them (thats what i did) when you buy aftermarket wheels. unless you are going with a different size. if you are going bigger, you can fit up to a 265 with no lift, or at least I did.

here is where i ran a 265 on my old 2wd ranger

those were on 15x7 pacer soft 8s.

im sorry you like more expensive tires lol. tires for 16s are alot more expensive, hence why I switched to 15s from the factory 16s

I want to go a little wider, but not wider then 255. Do they make the BFG T/A in
245/70/R15 or in 245/75/R15, or would it be best that I go like 255/70/r15
