So I bought my Ranger used with no spare tire kit. No big deal, an FRF member hooked me up with one yesterday. Now, I do not have the FN spare tire lock I need to actually drop the spare!
Is the key specific to the vehicle? Can I just drill the damn lock out? Is there anything behind the lock that will get in the way?
I am trying to swap out a warn tire with my brand new spare and this has become a big pain in the ARS. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
