Tire Pressures?
I have the 31x10.50 BGFs on my new alcoas, what tire pressures do ya'll recommend?. I usually run 32-34 psi up front bc of engine weight and 28 psi in the back unless hauling something. What tire pressures do ya'll recommend? it just seems that with 32 psi up front, there seems to be a bigger bulge then im accustomed to where the tire and asphault meet. any suggestions would be great.

With my 31" BFGs I just run what is recommended on the door sticker. The look of the tire is no way to determine pressure.

I usually fill the tires 10 lbs. less than max, then drive around and adjust according to how it rides. I also keep about 5 lbs more air in the front.

Keeping high air pressure in the tires will roughen up the ride a bit, but will slightly increase gas mileage from having less rolling resistance, and it'll also help slow down the tread wear.

Ford's recommended cold inflation pressure for the 31x10.50 BFG A/T's on Level IIs is 30 PSI front and rear.
