Personally, I hate the black DC-1's, the polished or chrome ones don't look bad though.

Thanks guys, very informative. My only concern though is rubbing. Any of ya'll experience it?

Fx4wannabe01 - where'd you get those headlights?

put 'em in the oven and baked 'em...then masked...then painted. There may or may not be a how-to here yet on the 'headlight mod'.



Also, take note: my driverside bedside on the front corner of the wheel well is totall F'd up. Passenger side is 'proper'. lol.

I'm running the Dick Cepek DC-1 in a 15x8" with 31"x 10.50's and the only rubbing I had was on the factory mudflaps. I just unbolted the factory bracket underneath and moved it back and screwed in some self tapping sheetmetal screws. No more rub..

soo no one has heard of issues in regards to a 10 inch wide rim? Like rubbing for instance.

its not the width that will make it rub silly... its the height.. if you have a 4WD should be no prob... but my 2wd might be a problem

i just jumped in the convo... dont really know if thats what ya wanted to know

i have 10" cragar s/s drag wheels.... they stick our like 2 in on each side :O

10" wide wheels will be fine as long as you get the right BSing. Shane has 15x10's with 4" of BSing and he is doing fine.

hmmm very well, who is shane? I think the DC-1s have about a 4.5 inch bs. Keep in mind i plan on doing a body lift and tb crank.
