If all you care about is looks go for the BFG's. They're definitely more aggressive looking than my Coursers.

I would say the looks of the KM2 are better looking tire as well, i've heard good things about them, but ive never personally driven them. i think either way you will be pleased i get alot of postive comments on the mts.

Ben Richardson here, I own a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT Four Wheel Drive, 4.0 engine, 5 speed trany, 3.27 gears. Mods are a lift kit that im not sure much how or if it is just a leveling kit I'm not sure how to tell the difference. But it has 31x10.50 Mastercraft Courser MT's but the truck can fit 33x12.50 which will be on it after these wear out. Also now has clear headlights and corner lights with 8000k HID kit.

keep in mind that the BFG KM2 was designed to be useful as a rock crawler too. Its no longer a straight mud tire. Its a cross between the mud and their crawler tire they had.

I think if I were to buy a mud tire I would go with the cooper STT's.

Here is a comparison between KM2 and Krawler.

Yes i do, supposed to be effective over wet and icy surface.

But we're talking mud, so it doesn't apply.

As for thembeing similar, they look nothing alike thread pattern-wise.

At least imho, that is.

Krawlers are a little more agressive.
