Default Jeep wheel question

I know that most Jeep wheels will fit Rangers, but does it matter if my truck is 2wd? I really want to upgrade to 15's because my 14's are maxed out on tire size. Craigslist has WAY more options if I search for "jeep wheels" and I want to make sure I am good to go before picking something up.

Alright, maybe this question will clear it up. Will 4x4 Ranger wheels fit 2x4 Rangers?

I wasn't sure if 4x4 changed anything with the hubs.

I think they are wider. But I dont think that will cause a problem with 2wd. Obviuosly the other way around would cause issues.

Most definitely soft 8's with 30-31's. Whatever I can find a deal on. I am saving for a house.

I put some '96 factory 4x4 STX wheels on my jeep cherokee, the center bore on the Ranger rims were a fuzz smaller than the hub center on the jeep. The bolt patterns are the same, unless you get the newer MOAB wheels, I think those are 5x5 or 5x5.5. Any aftermarket rims should fit no problem.
