Default leveling kit and add a leaf; how big?!

Im planning to get a nice set of all terrain tires but I'm not sure how big I can go. I dont want to buy big ol meaty tires if I can only drive in a straight line with them lol. I have a 97 4x4 xlt. I added a leaf spring in the back that was supposed to add 1.5" and for the for the front, I got about 2.5 inches out of some coil spacers. It looks good but my tires right now are too small. I talked to a guy at a local tire store and he said most people run a 31x10.5 with something like that but I'd like to go about as big as I can. I would love to fit 32x11.5, could I pull that off without too much rubbing? Any input is welcome, thanks!

with the small lift you installed ,You should clear 33" no prob!
