1994 3.0L v6 5 speed 4x4 extended cab

ok so i want a set of wheels and tires for my car but idk what the stock suspension can handle. i dont like the super lifted look but i love the height of my stock suspension (minus the front which is getting new coil leveling springs before i get the wheel/tire setup) and i want to be able to keep that height while being able to get the best offroad grip and stance i can without any rubbing whatsoever. my old autoshop teacher i always talk to (im 20 now) has told me i should go with 15"x10" wheels with 32x12.5" tires.
