Default Aluminum wheel help please

I have found a set of wheels but they are on a rolled Ranger.
I am told that aluminum wheels don't bend they break. I do not know, wondering what thoughts are. It's would be a 3 hour one way trip for me so I would like to be a little more confident. The truck fires right up, no issues but all panels are fubar.

But what to do with it? Talked to a bud who's got a 2.3 94 or so and he's giving some thought to upgrading his truck with it. He's a builder, has a gorgeous tubbed 50's chevy, dropped on Foose 5's, chromed up and wood bed deck.

the stress from the roll and the hard hit could break the wheels

Yea but I am wondering if it could be that it bent them, once I have it that's it. I'm stuck. . .

Aluminum wheels, can bend, but not as much as steel before they break. On an impact, most likely it they are not broken, they will be ok, but theres no guarantee.

yes they can brake or bend all depends on the hit they take, no way to tell untill you balance them

Yea kind of what I thought, it's just the guy was adamant about them not bending, so if they were not broke then they would be perfect. . . I just wasn't gonna challenge him in ignorance, as I am not a metalurgist. Thanks All, I'll post the outcome.
