Default Repetitive but.....

I know this is like the 1000 time everyone has been asked but still. I just bought an 02 Edge about a week ago, so sometime soon i'm looking at puttin a bit bigger rims/tires on the truck. I was thinking 31 or 32 rubber with whatever size wheels in logical. But would I have to lift it to make these fit?

I've heard that if you body lift it the steering may not reconnect as it did. Also i've heard of guys doing like coil spacers, would the spacers work with leaf springs in the rear and the torsion in the front if I just cranked the bars up an inch or so (only looking for 1 or 2 inch gain)?

Any feedback would be very helpful, thanks!

31's should fit fine. mine did. you may have to crank your torsion bars up but both should fit if you do that no problem

What about the rear? Anything I could do to get equal height out of the leafs?

31's will fit just fine stock I would recommend cranking the t-bars just a tad.
http://www.fordrangerforum.com/exter...sion-bars.html You dont have coils so coil spacers are not gonna work.

Bodylift the steering is just fine afterwards unless you install the extension wrong.

My truck with 16" rims 31" tires (265/75/16) and cranked t-bars
