Default 15X10 Cragar Soft 8

I just bought a set of 15X10 Cragar Soft 8. What size tire would i need without having to do a lift. I'm not a whole lot familiar with tire and rim fit. I just want a nice size without adding lift. Cant really afford it and its not what i'm really going for.

275/60/15 work?

Ranger is a 1995 rear wheel. not a 4x4.

for a 15x10 I would run anything less then a 12.50 on it mad for the 275/60/15 you would need a 15x8

x2. Return them and get 15x8s if you're not lifting the truck. As stated above, run nothing less than a 12.5" wide tire. I personally wouldn't of gone with steel wheels since they're heavy as hell but thats all up to you.

275/60 on a 2wd gen 3? I'd take the bumper off before the tires do it for you.

Dang bro calm down for a bit they are just saying a 10 rim is for 12.50 without a lift you will take your bumper off. hence why some of the new guys get pointed to the tire chart and such cuz it states the max wheel and tire you can put on your truck. No need to bite someones head off its just a question that has been beat up a bit here.

I love the look of Soft 8s but with hard offroading, they bend in a heartbeat. Hell, I bent one mounting a tire on it! Damn things are only rated at 2000 lbs. each. I'll never own a set again due the the massive amounts of offroading I do in the summer. Granted, I had them on a 3/4 ton SAS'ed F150 but, they should be fine on a ranger (15x8, NOT 15x10)
