snow chains 33' tire clearance
hey guys iv got a 2004 ford ranger edge 2wd im lifting the front with 3 inch spindles and keeping the back stock.My question is will snow chains fit with so little clearance.

33's are stuffed on a 4wd stock height ranger, so i'd imagine they are really stuffed on a 2wd. Add chains to that equation, and I can see the wheel wells getting pretty tore up.

I would recommend getting the beltech 6400 for the rear, it will still let the front sit higher and will give you clearance for the 33s with chains.

they have 2 settings, 1.5" - 2" IIRC

thanks alot for the info gonna go with 32' for now and spend the money on some power upgrades or maybe a ls or locker
