I put a set of Goodyear Duratracs on my '11.. Traded the stock tires in to the dealership. The Duratracs are killer.. Amazing in snow and ice, they ride super quiet and look real badass. Worth the money

Nothing on the Ranger. The Kelly Wintermark tires on my CR-V have been great. They have the roar of a mud tire but handle well in the snow, dry, and wet.

I'll be putting the Dunlop Rover ATs on soon. They are brand new, so I haven't anything to say on them yet. Online tire reviews seem to be good.

http://www.dunloptires.com/dunlop/di...00000&zipCode=

Both tires are 215/75R15.

Bridgestone Blizzak Dmv-1
- Size 245/75r16
- Price $112 (tire rack)
- Rating 9.5/10

Very happy with these winter tires. Amazing in snow, ice and wet including deep snow off road and quite on the hiway.

Minus 0.5 a point for not looking truck tire enough and being a little soft on dry road handling.

Tires I've had:
BFG Mud Terains (old style)

for the 400 i paid for them, they weren't a bad tire. useless on a 2wd, but still. I got them with 99% tread on them, and they lasted 30k miles. terrible traction in the rain, i could break the back loose or understeer if i wasn't careful. they sucked on the ice and residual snow after a plow too, i ended up in a snow bank once, and stuck in a parking spot multiple times. they also SUCKED in sand. pismo trips were dreaded unless i aired down to 5 psi and stayed on hard pack. the more they wore out, the louder they got. my gas mileage also sucked due to the aggressive tread pattern.

yokohama geolandar a/ts

600 out the door, had a buddy install them in his shop class for free. GREAT so far, nice and quiet on the street, great in the snow and the rain. mine have flat spotted a little bit when i let the truck sit 24hrs or more, but i don't mind at all.

After having my General Grabber HTS on for a couple thousand miles and going through the first snow with them, I am really impressed with the way the handled and stopped.

Goodyear Wrangler RT/s
235/75r15

PROS:
great road tire
wears very well
Good looking imo
quiet
over 40k on the tires so far
handles well on dirt roads but again depending on how u drive, ur not gonna get good traction going 35 on a sharp turn on a gravel road lol

Cons:
Not the best in rain, u learn how to drive with them
never did really get stuck in mud with them but it does take power to make sure u dont lol
no snow expierence (cept once but that was on dry road haha)

keep in mind that i have no expierence with all terrains or mud terrain tires so this review might be a bit subjective

There pretty sexy, I'll let ya know how they ride. Hopefully I'll get them by Thursday and get them on for the weekend so I can try them out in this messy ass spring thaw down in the river bottom!!

By the way:

Went back to the stock size - 245/75/R16

They cost $572 total on discount tire direct and I got $100 in rebates so $472 - not a bad deal if they turn out to be deece tires...

Sooooo..... How are they Man??
