Default 33s 4cyl.

I am aware this question has been asked over and over again, but searching hasnt answered anything for me. can I use 33 inch tall tires by 10 1/2 inch wide on my 2008 four cylinder? I am upgrading the gear ratio to 4 10 gears so I don't think I should have a problem I am currently running 31 inch tall tires 10 1/2 inches wide without any problems with the stock 373 gears.. what do you guys think

with 4.10s you should be alright

may even look into getting a tuner so you'll get a little more oomph to help push the bigger tires

friend has '90 S-10 4cylinder 5 speed, OEM 14" rally's 215/60/14's truck came with 4:10's.. I would go lower...

I recommend 4:56

My '72 roadrunner has a spool with 5:40, 28" tire.. I have been know to drive it on interstate to cruises..

My buddy ran 33s on his mid 90s b series, but he drove super slow anyways. he did not regear or anything, was just super slow to get up and go, but he also didn't really have any hills to drive up.

Yeah. I figured the 2 extra inches shouldn't hurt the ride. Haha.
I'm sure the width staying the same and the height increasing a bit shouldn't hurt. Also, I'm not sure, but im hoping that when I get rims they're lighter than stock wheels. That should ease up on the 2.3.

On the other hand I was thinking about 32s...but 33s fit the wheel wells so much better

Thanks for the input, and feel free to add anymore thoughts.
