Well I own a 2000 Ranger, and depending on whether you have a 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive, the answer will be slightly different.

My 2000 Ranger is 2-wheel drive and I opted for the BFG A/T KO 31X10.5/15 tires on moderately negative offset rims. The fit is great but close. I felt that after seeing how the 31's fit that going to the 32X11.5/15 would likely require a body lift at least to prevent rubbing when going off-road or taking sharp turns. Which at the time I wasn't interested in doing. Maybe next time...

I believe the 4-wheel drive for the same year has a little more clearance and may be able to take the 32's without any suspension changes at all. But you will likely be better served to add a 3" body lift with those 32's so you can drive it hard and not worry.
