Default Help with painting

So i picked up these slightly beat up rims. The only damage is the paint:



I sanded them and put two coats of automotive primer:



And then two coats of flat black paint:



My question is where can I find rattle can clear coat that has a flat or satin finish that will hold up to the weather for a decent amount of time?

Ok, I know WHERE to get paint, but I need to find a non gloss kind and a brand that holds up. So far I have only found glossy clear coat.

Lowes has Valspar brand spray paint in Gloss satin and flat clear. I beleive they might ALSO have Duplicolors satin clear.

Both reputable brands that will hold up.
