Default front driver side tire always rubs away a 1 inch strip on inside of tire, 02

ford ranger have had an alignment been through 3 tires they wear down pretty quick doesnt happen to the other tires just that one. what's it rubbing on?

find a new alignment place they are not doing a very good job. I would also check out the track bar to see if the bushings are bad and check the ball joint on that side it could be causing the tire to track off.
