Default readd this i need help for my tires

Im looking for new tires but i dont know what to get?? i have a 2003 ford ranger and am looking to turn it into a prerunner.

I have one 33 inch mud terrain tire but that means nothing to me...should i get three more?

also how do i know they will fit my wheels and how do i find out the size of my wheels?

if i get bigger tires am i going to have to get a lift kit so my tires wont hit the body? how does that all work?? please let me knowww and thanks!!

I wouldn't run anything larger than a 32x11.50. Without a lift of some sort. I would also get the BFG All-Terrain. The mud tire is not that great in dry/dusty eviroments. My experience with the BF mud on the dunes up here is that they like to dig holes. The All-Terrain will be much better.

You probably have a 16" wheel on your '03. It should say on your tire something like, 245/75/16

x2. Plus if you have a 4 cylinder you will destroy your trany riding on that big of a tire.
