your wheels are alloy, most AR wheels are coated (clear), so a good scuffing with red scotchbrite pad and prep agent call "scuff it" or "scuff stuff" will get you preped and ready for paint. I just did some oem alloys "geo tracker" wheels for my brother, I use high heat gloss black spray paint. they turned out super nice. (but ive been painting for 18yrs).... 1 can will do it. and as far as reversing the wheels, to prep and polish the black part will cost you and be more trouble than its worth.. but all in all, go for the Black they will look sweet...
