you cant go wrong with the generals or the bfg's. bfg's are obviously more expensive, generals have almost the same tread pattern. Check into the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs

i dont want to go to ridiculous bc i want to have a somewhat decent tread life lol i heard of ppl having problems with the grabbers tho...something with them falling apart in clumps or something. BFG's are really nice im just wondering if im goin to get the same effect out of the grabbers as i would the BFG's. the duratracs have that good of a rating? i dont mind paying the extra coin for tires that look like that.

I like bfg's, but my dad had a pair of bfg all terrains 305's on his old chevy 2500 and they lasted for a year and a half. Then again he puts literally 50,000 miles on a truck in a year (no joke). They just wouldn't balance right. In my opion bfg is the way to go if you want to put some serious miles on them.

hahaha dont worry i didnt have a job for a while and i basically had to do a oil change every month, figure that one out.
i see a lot of ppl with BFG's but im just wondering if the grabbers (even tho i hear rumors) will do the job just the same but for cheaper..or is it you get what you pay for when it comes to this.

get the BFG All-Terrains. Excellent tire. I got over 80k miles on my 32's. And still had a measurable 1/8" of tread left when I got my 33's.

The key to any long tire life is to inflate them to the trucks weight. This way the tread is touching all the way accross the tire.

I had run 28psi in the front an 25psi on the backs.

You will sacrifice a very small amount of MPG's, but I think the trade off is worth it.

Overall the BFG All-Terrain is the best tire I have ever run for a daily driver and off road here and there.

Excellent in Snow, Water, Mud.

I have cranked my T Bars but they are not maxed out.
Before I cranked them the rear end was 2 1/2 inches taller than the front. Now the back 1 inch taller than the front.

From the ground to the fender the front measures 35 inches

From the ground to the fender the rear measures 36 inches.
