I can't think of any Dodge wheels that would work on a ranger. 5x5.5 is the bolt pattern for all 1/2-ton stuff, and dakotas/durangos are 6x4.5. D50s, which are made by Mitsubishi, are 6x5.5, and 3/4-ton and 1-ton trucks are 8x6.5.
So, basically, I can't think of any Dodge stuff in the last 25 years that would work. At least truck-based stuff. 6-cylinder Dodge Avengers, Chrysler Cirrus, and Plymouth Breeze, as well as any 6-cylinder minvans made by Chrysler Corp would have bolt patterns that work, but have front-wheel-drive offsets.
So, basically, Jeep, old Dodge cars, some ford stuff that isn't full-size trucks, and 2wd Toyota pickups prior to Tacoma. That's about it.
