For winter I bought a new set of Keystone Soft 8 steel wheels (15 inch) and Cooper Weathermasters. The Coopers work great in the snow and are about 1/2 the price of the original Goodyears which didn't work as good in the snow.

I bought some Hankook winter ipike tires and will use my stock 15's. Tread pattern looks fantastic and has some good reviews on em

That's what I said. I have them in my house, this weekend I'm putting them on because it's starting to get a bit cold for me to clean my rims. Might as well take them off and store them for next Spring

Lots of info here on speed ratings and other things. Notice a L speed rating is good for 75MPH max! My Fuzions are T rated..118MPH. I've left my speed limiter stock. Here you get crucified if caught going over 100MPH now. You can get away with 70MPH on the freeways like the 401 since everybody goes about that.
