Default Brakes rubbing?

when i slow down is sounds like something is rubbing. it only happens when im coming to a stop and its an intermittent sound. im thinking something on the brakes is rubbing up against the rotor. any suggestions?

is it a metal to metal sound? if so probably need new brakes and pads. thats the cheap route if thats not it your hubs are probably bad
