Nice what backspacing was those rims, 3.75? they stick out a really good amount for 15x8's. i love the look of 33x12.5 on 15x8's. im not going to lie, this truck stays on the road most of the time, its my DD and I owe like 6 grand on it, but I mean its only got 59,000 miles lol. so itll be paid off before it hits 100,000 so I cant really complain. but im going with 3 inch body, 15x8 rims, with a 33x12.5 tire. right now im either going to choose between bfg AT, or bfg MT. I dont mud and stuff like that just because its my DD, I use it around the farm some and for wood, but dont get it all hardcore muddy you know. So it will be on the road most of the time you know. I just want w.e is going to ride the best on the road and most comfortable, and I realize its a truck and they aren't street tires but you get what im trying to say. either bfg at or bfg mt?

EDIT: I also just researched both on tirerack and the AT shipped to my door will prolly be around $750, and the MT around 840. so about 20 more bucks a tire which isnt to bad really. tire rack has the MT beating the AT in every category obviously except on ice, noise, and treadwear. BUT even on ice: MT is 6.9 and AT is 7.3, noise: MT is 7.6 and AT is 7.9, and treadwear: MT is 8.4 and AT is 8.5. SOOO the AT is only slightly better on ice and noise, and treadwear is nearly identical. soo what to choose lol.

mine is my DD i have just over 54,000 miles on it and owe 8 grand i use it for wood, hualing 800 pounds of rocks from my feilds, mudding, rock crawling, out at the sand dunes, driveing across the state of michigan to my grandmas every week, and of course testing the shocks out and tires going out to my woods for hunting and also fun in the bed with the ladie haha and i have got BFG KM2 mud tires for all this and well will prob not try another tire unless it is handed to me for free

it's easy the KM2 mud tire man for the near same price and for the fact u are buying a tougher tire like i said the side walls on the KM2 are 10 times better than the all terrain tire

there is no diff with the ride quality i mean there is no noise either untill u get down to 1/4 of tread left to me they feel like street tires untill u hit a dirt road or a field lol

yeah sorry beef but atleast he has all the info hes pretty much needing and this is all info everyone will end up wondering and asking in a thread anyways lol. the only thing im worried about is the ice and snow, most say the at is better in and only reviews said that most if they use theres for snow and ice, will have the MT's sippined in the center for better grip on ice.

yeah I just heard that the MT's dont have that much siping which can make them a pain on the ice compared to the AT because the groove are smaller and alot more siping on the tire. but the MT does better in actual deep snow, so I guess its a toss up. where theres snow, there will be ice so I still can't decide lol
