second: http://www.nexentireusa.com/tires-12/RoadianMT
i want to get a good off road tire but that will last a long time. i dont want to spend more than $150 for a tire cus i am only going to get two for the back but im also hoping i can find some on craigslist/somewere that have good tread left and are cheep. let me know if those two tires are good at all and if you know of anytires in my price range. thanks, pat

I had a set of Nankang 215/35/18's on my old car, and I didn't have any issues, but I only put like 10k miles on them before selling the wheels.
I have heard of Nexen, but have no experience with them.

maxxis bighorns are another good choice and usually like $125 for some 235's.
31's would still be right in your price range too

my buddy had the nankang mudstars on his scout and he loved them. They were pretty good in the mud and wore very evenly.

Another tire to checkout is the mudking by medalist http://www.onlinetires.com/products/...++n%252Fa.html
My father in law had these on his blazer and said that they were good in the mud and on the wallet, but were alittle noisey on the street

Also the Dunlop Mudrover http://www.onlinetires.com/products/...r+n%252Fa.html
My friend has these on his 1 ton ford and says that they are great in the mud and wear even

I also found the Federal Couragia MT http://www.onlinetires.com/products/...n%252Fa+c.html

Just my .02 that i found

Those federals are good off road but WAY noisy on the road. We used to carry them at work but we adjusted so many out for road noise we discontinued them

Bighorns are also slightly more noisy on the road but its kind of a sacrifice considering the price and how aggressive they are. They are definitely more of a MT compared to other brands the pic doesn't give a good idea of how much tread they actually have
