Default aluminim mag for winter?

Can I keep my aluminium mag for winter or should I buy cheap wheel?

im keeping mine on. why do you want to switch them out? road salt or something? water spots?

salt might cause some damage to them. be careful if you wanna leave them on. in the past ive changed wheels out for winter/summer. (not doing it now cuz i dont have the money for summer wheels...)

Your OEM mags will be fine during winter, they are made to endure much more than regular aftermarket wheels that will chip and have paint/chrome that'll peel off even during summer.

Salt, yes... In fact, it's the first time I have aluminium mag on a vehicule and see many people not keeping it in the winter....

Avoids the possibility of damaging the mags by switching tires twice a year, people then go for steelies. When i had a car, i had 18" for summer, and 15" for winter tires, that was much cheaper on rubbers!

Now i just solved the problem with the truck by buying tires i can use off road and during winter, no more need to switch.
