Default New tires..33x12.5

Hi guys,

First of all, I would like to say that this is my first time getting on the forum and this is my first post. My name is Ryan from Frederick, MD. I would like to meet a lot of the members here and get acquainted. And hope to get a lot of helpful information from you guys as well.

My truck is an '03 Ford Ranger XLT Supercab. I love this truck. I have stock tires on it right with the stock rims. I am looking at getting 33's by 12.5". I guess my question is, are they perfect for my truck? Are they too big? And where could I get a good deal on them? Any suggestions?!?

Welcome! you can get away with 31's or 32's if you crank the torsion bars. But 33's you should get the body lift

Demon is 100% correct, we have virtually identical trucks and mine does the exact same thing. If you want 33x12.5's, go with 3" body lift and crank the torsion bars up, mine are cranked but not much at all. I just cranked them enough to clear the 32's that I had on before I did the lift.

I just put on 33x12.50's and with a 3in body and mine rub a little on the inner fender. Pretty sure my t-bars are shot though cause they are maxed and my front still sits a couple inches lower than the rear
