what size tires?
2003 ford ranger fx4 im running 145/75R16 can i run 185/75R16 without any other modifications?

I had 265/75/16 on my truck with just a mild t-bar crank.

man i hate all these dang threads asking about "which tire size" we have this thread for a freaking reason right in wheels and tires as a sticky, it should be the first thing they see

Tire shop may not crank your torsion bars. A alignment shop probably will.
It is easy to do ur self. check the how to section to see how it is done.
