Hey Everybody,

My 99 ranger has the 14 inch rims, and I'm having a hard time finding some bigger tires to fit on those. I'm looking into getting some stock 15 inch rims. I have a lot of questions about this though, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. If this information is posted elsewhere, I apologize and please let me know. I don't know too much about wheels..

Will 15 inch wheels fit? Like to I need adapters or anything like that?
Any good ideas of where to get some stock ranger rims?

And for the 15 inchers, anybody have pics of the various styles that they look like?

You can switch to 15" wheels just fine.

Check ebay for stock ranger rims.
You can also search car-part.com it will search all salvage yards in your state

yep, exploder wheels will fit too.

The Explorer is bases on the Ranger chassis. There are some differences but not many. The wheels and quite a few other things will fit.

15" rims will fit but it might throw your speedometer off since it's set up for 14" rims. Check out this link to help match up the tire sizes. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html It will show the how a tire size change will affect your speed.

I have 215/75/14 on mine and have figured out that 235/60/15 will work and keep speedo correct.
